I have been lucky enough to go to the most special island many times. It is the happiest place, with so many fresh Gluten-Free meals I go back for each year. Truly AMAZING everything—with a good taste of French style!
When thinking about taking a trip to an island, it is totally normal to feel out of the Gluten-Free zone. However, St. Barths is one of the most welcoming places for the Gluten-Free community. There are endless places to eat and enjoy! St. Barths is a place to feel free, happy, and safe. Hiking with my family, shopping in Gustavia, or swimming at the most beautiful beaches—this island can never get old! Every day I’m there, I visit Gustavia and get the most delicious Gluten-Free crepes at Natural Delight Crepery. Here they are!

No matter where you travel around the world, Gluten-Free is everywhere.
